Our self-serve AirDNA platform eliminates guesswork and equips Airbnb hosts with smart and competitive insights needed to succeed in the ever-evolving short-term rental landscape.

We also arm enterprise clients with customized reports and in-depth dashboards to ensure they can scale and invest strategically. These customers include hundreds of top financial institutions, real estate companies, vacation rental managers, and destination marketing organizations around the world.

We track the daily performance of over 10 million Airbnb and Vrbo properties across 120,000 general markets. We also collect data from over a million partner properties. This marriage of scraped and source data, enhanced by our proprietary algorithms, makes our solutions the most accurate and comprehensive in the world.

**The AirDNA Team**

**The Role**:

- AirDNA is looking for enthusiastic difference-makers who want to help grow our business. The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by researching, prospecting, engaging and qualifying new leads with potential buyers.

**Here's what you'll need to be successful**:

- Minimum 6 months sales experience
- Can demonstrate consistency, show curiosity, and, bring intensity.
- Understand and can handle rejection - Are you gritty and determined to turn a no into a yes?
- Know how to a be team player and like to be challenged to be top of the leaderboard
- Challenge yourself and others daily
- Fluency in English (one or two additional languages preferred)
- Availability to work during US business hours
- Experience in outbound sales is a plus!

**Here's what you'll get to do**:

- Become an expert in our products and their key benefits
- Identify and build relationships with champions in target accounts
- Conduct high volume prospecting to set appointments
- Accomplish daily, weekly and monthly activity goals
- Demonstrate commitment to set up quality meetings by handling objections
- Partner with the Account Executive team to build a healthy sales pipeline

**Here's what you can expect from us**:

- Base Salary 28,000 euros
- Targeted OTE up to 37,000 euros + uncapped commissions
- 62 days per year to work from anywhere!

**Hiring Process**:

- First stage: Interview with the AirDNA People Team (Online-30min)
- Second stage: Quick catch up (Online-15min)
- Third stage: Onsite role play and meeting with the Hiring Manager + Peers (45min)
- Final stage: Panel Interview with the SVP of Sales, Hiring Manager and Account Executive Team Lead (Onsite-1hour)
- Ideal start date: Q2
