We are committed to our team members’ development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.Reporting to Interco Coordinator, the junior business developer Interco Channel will be responsible of seeking and developing new products and opportunities for long-term business growth with BIC Group strategic departments, specific businesses, and local subsidiaries.Make BIC Graphic become a strategic partner and advisor for the Group and ensure Interco business targets are achieved.**Functions**:- Stay in close contact with Interco internal customers to understand their specific needs and translate them in Strategy + Action Plans.- Develop new products and packaging according to their specific needs to develop and ensure channel growth. Project monitoring tracking metrics, progress, and associated tasks to ensure everything is completed on time, on budget, and according to project requirements and standards.- Gather and consolidate total customer demand for the future(forecast) to ensure and align stock purchases and production capacity.- Design and produce the necessary communication materials and sales tools.**Skills/ Competencies**:- Personal Skills: Startup Mindset,**_ _**Proactive, Dynamic, Customer focus, excellent Communication, Creative, Team player, Ethic, etc.- Open minded, highly target oriented, highly organized, Action oriented, Autonomous, Analytic, With high level of initiative- Drive for results- Planning and organization: to achieve the projects on time and to manage priorities.- Strategic vision of the business.- High potential to grow in the future with the company.- Experience in Marketing and Product development.**Education & Experience**:- Degree in Business Administration. Marketing and/or Project Management is a plus.- Fluent business English. French is a plus.- Minimum 2-year successful experience within Marketing / Commercial / Category Management / Business Development- Minimum 2-year experience in cross-functional project management is a plus.- Strong interpersonal, communication skills.- Ability to be strategic and operational.- Highly pragmatic and results-oriented.
