We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our team!As a Technical Product Owner within the area of car manufacturing and supply chain for Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, you are responsible for the end to end technical ownership of one or more IT products, platforms, or applications.You act as the key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, and IT operations, ensuring that solutions are stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards and business objectives.You act as the single point of technical ownership, ensuring that solutions meet company standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and information security while enabling business requirements through robust technical design.Act as the technical counterpart to the business Product Owner, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and risk transparency.
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, cloud and platform standards, and longterm IT strategy.
* Provide clear technical guidance to development teams and ensure implementation quality.
* Ensure operational readiness, including monitoring, incident handling, lifecycle management, and continuous
Drive rootcause analysis and sustainable fixes for recurring issues.- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and audit requirements throughout development and operations.Strong background in software engineering, system architecture, or platform engineering, with several years of handson experience.
* Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Owner, Solution Architect, or Senior Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
* Cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
* Nonfunctional requirements (performance, availability, security, maintainability)
* Experience working in agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with crossfunctional teams.
* Fluent English; German is an advantage.
