About the Role
The creation of the Corporate Affairs area under a single executive responsibility integrates previously dispersed functions — People, Communication & Public Affairs, Regulation and European Affairs. The Corporate Affairs Office Lead has the mandate to help turn this structural aggregation into a real and synergistic function, implementing a single operating model, a common front-door of demands and a performance system, freeing the head of the area from the day-to-day in the execution of the organizational transformation of those areas. The role expressly excludes the functions of Legal, Compliance and Secretary of the Board.
