Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef to join our team in Menorca. Responsibilities include:
Managing your section to ensure smooth service and high-quality production.
Producing pastry, confectionery, chocolate, and ice cream items according to technical specifications.
Participating in dessert menu creation.
Supervising pastry staff and managing your kitchen section.
Adhering to food safety standards, including HACCP protocols.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong team spirit and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
