Role
You will be part of the Analytics and Data Science team at EXOGROUP where you will lead a team of data analysts to deliver actionable insights. You will be responsible for improving the overall infrastructure for data analysis and visualization. You will support data analysts to develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that provide critical visibility on different business areas. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of advertising metrics, data infrastructure and business acumen.
Responsibilities
* Evangelize the value of Data Analytics to stakeholders and business users.
* Work closely with the different companies of the group to align data initiatives with business priorities.
* Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations (cost-benefit, performance optimizations, forecasting, impact analysis).
* Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
* Partner with engineering, product, and infra teams to align the wider data and business strategy of the group.
* Develop and automate reports, build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
* Ensure alignment with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA among others).
* Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering).
* 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
* Fluent with English.
* Good communicator and team player.
* Proficient in Git, Python and SQL.
* Knowledge of Python data libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn and Plotly.
