In this role you drive Workday Absence and Time Tracking initiatives for large-scale client transformations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based HR solutions that maximize the Workday investment. You’ll lead workshops, shape functional designs, and guide work streams toward robust solutions. The opportunity combines advisory work with hands-on implementation across global projects, enabling you to influence how organizations work. This role offers growth through extensive education and a global network.

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for Absence and Time Tracking to meet objectives
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies across engagements
• Host workshops and lead discussions on Absence Management and Time Tracking topics
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress of related workstreams
• Coordinate with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets
Responsabilidades
• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence / Time or similar platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos)
• Ability to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment with strong analytical thinking and problem xpzdshu solving
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to articulate complex requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Fluency in English
• Excellent stakeholder management to align requirements with clients
