As our Junior Brand Manager, you'll support the development of a strong brand image, managing marketing campaigns for the products you are responsible for. Therefore you will assist in executing marketing plans, measure campaign success, manage budgets and conduct market research among other things.
Your role highlights – your responsibilities
* You will be preparing the annual Marketing plan for your products or communication campaigns (including packaging, campaigns, etc.) and overseeing the executing of the campaigns in support with our Senior Brand Managers.
* You will be establishing project timelines in collaboration with all involved departments.
* You will be ensuring that the quality standards of a premium brand are met according to our image (social media, posters, packaging, advertisements, etc.).
* You will be writing meeting minutes.
* You will be assisting different internal stakeholders (distribution, sales Austria and new markets, etc.) in developing and applying materials for point of sale, advertising, and social media.
* You will be creating presentations for concluding campaigns according to the brand image.
* You will be measuring the success of campaigns and projects and presenting the results.
* You will be creating accurate and reliable budgets and ensuring they are met.
* You will be finding cost-effective solutions for productions.
* You will be conducting market research to better implement the brand, guided by the final objective.

Requirements
Skills & Knowledge
* You have educational training in Marketing and/or higher studies in Economy with a Marketing focus, Brand Management, Marketing.
* You are fluent in German language skills and English and ideally you have gained Spanish skills.
* You have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related position (PoS, Marketing campaigns).
* You have experience and technical knowledge in campaign and brand management.
* You are proficient in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook email.
* You are detail-oriented and perseverant; excellent organization skills are one of your strengths.
