Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging digital marketing insights.
* Enhance marketing initiatives to align with growth goals and target audiences.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across departments such as Strategy, Creative, and Data Science.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of growth strategies and marketing campaigns.
* Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
Candidate profile :
* Proven success in driving growth within digital marketing or agency settings.
* Extensive experience in business development and marketing, with knowledge of digital channels, customer acquisition, and market trends.
* University degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
* Hands-on approach, actively engaging in projects and leadership.
* Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-focused mindset.
* Fluent in English (C1–C2) and German (B2 or higher); knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
* Familiarity with MS Office and Jira is desirable.
