Position : Sales Manager for Surfactants for Technical Applications - Fertilizers and Agrochemicals (adjuvants)
Responsibilities :
* Perform sales activities to reach the sales budget in volume and marginality for assigned customers and territory.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, agents, and distributors by understanding their needs to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
* Acquire market information and identify emerging markets and shifts while being aware of new products and competition status to establish necessary countermeasures.
* Supervise the performance of customers, agents, and distributors, and prepare promotion materials to achieve sales and marginality objectives.
Requirements :
* A university degree in Chemistry or Engineering.
* French - DELF level.
* Availability to travel around 30%-40% of the time.
* 5–10 years of experience in sales for Fertilizers and Agrochemicals.
* Owned vehicle to commute to work.
