Define product positioning, promotional strategy, and pricing architecture tailored to local market conditions, competitive landscape, and each route-to-market. Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. /li libNew Product Introduction (NPI) Execution /bbr/Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based solutions in the country. Drive readiness across local sales, marketing, and partner teams, including evangelism of products for local trainings, demos, etc. Monitor launch execution and provide feedback for continuous improvement. /li libTarget Setting Execution Monitoring /bbr/Define performance targets by route-to-market and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution capabilities. Track category performance against targets and KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
