About the team you are joining
The Agency Governance team manages the Conferences defining the rules of the global Travel and Cargo Agency Program. These rules streamline business relationship between airlines and travel agents and cargo agents across the world.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Agency Governance, you will assist with a range of tasks, mainly focusing on the organizational tasks within the Governance team. You will also assist with the external engagement activities to increase attendants to the Governance meetings, both for Passenger and Cargo meetings. Additionally, you will review the data processing processes and tools used by the Agency Commissioners, and test new enhancements against the requirements.

What your day would be like
1. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager Agency Governance, assist with the preparatory organizational activities for the Passenger and Cargo Agency Conferences and its subgroups, such as the Passenger Steering Group (PSG), the Passenger Agency Program Global Joint Council (PAPGJC) or CASS Cargo Management Group (CCMG), among others, where you'll interact with representatives from IATA member airlines and global travel and cargo agency associations;
2. Help the team with the engagement of internal colleagues to follow up on action items and proposals related to Governance;
3. Learn and participate in the review of the data processing processes and tools used by the Agency Commissioners;
4. Support the team in testing newly developed enhancements on Salesforce.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
5. Recently obtained a Bachelor/Master's degree (less than 12 months) in Political Science, Law, or a related field;
6. Excellent communication skill in English (written and spoken);
7. Ability to work independently and as part of an international team in a deadline driven environment;
8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks;
9. Understanding of Salesforce.
