Located in Madrid, we work with teams from all over the world to build the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.**Responsibilities**:- Manage a portfolio of key sellers in the fashion and sports industry, focusing on GMV growth, negotiation at the C-level, and execution of growth strategies.- Develop business relationships with retailers and distributors to enhance sales performance and promote local selection.- Analyze user demand for commodities and formulate product promotion strategies based on seasonality.- Maintain positive relationships with key accounts in the portfolio.- Guide key sellers on platform operations, marketing tools, and advertising solutions.- Negotiate product and pricing based on market demand.- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies with sellers.- Understand service metrics, content metrics, and marketplace dynamics.- Analyze margin chains, pricing, and industry trends.- Utilize analytical thinking for data handling and problem-solving.- Provide technical guidance on integration methods between seller ERP systems and the marketplace.- Conduct comprehensive analysis based on multi-dimensional data systems to inform business decisions and deliver KPIs.**Minimum Requirements**:- Full-time undergraduate degree or above with at least 7 years of experience as a category manager in a marketplace or related field.- Experience in seller operations and platform operations, familiar with distributors, retailers, brands, and business models.- Fluency in English and Spanish.- Capability to lead horizontal projects.- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.- Strong data processing and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel.**Why Miravia?**At Miravia, you'll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity and encourages innovative thinking.
