Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Overseas Sales & Marketing professional to expand our international market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing market strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders including EPC contractors, municipal bodies, and consultants for infrastructure products like DI Pipes, HDPE, GRP, and other related offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
* Business Development & Sales :
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned overseas territories. Drive direct sales for infrastructure projects (Water Supply, Sewage, Industrial Utilities). Manage key client accounts, including EPC contractors, municipal bodies, and project consultants.
* Market Expansion & Strategy :
Execute country-specific marketing strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Map project pipelines, analyze tender opportunities, and pursue government / institutional leads. Collaborate with channel partners, agents, and local representatives to drive sales growth.
* Customer Engagement :
Conduct technical / product presentations and participate in trade shows and exhibitions. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure successful contract execution.
* Coordination & Technical Support :
Work closely with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to align product offerings with project requirements. Ensure timely preparation of proposals, quotations, submittals, and bid documentation. Monitor project execution timelines and coordinate post-sales support.
* Market Intelligence & Reporting :
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings in local markets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and installation practices. Provide regular sales forecasts, project updates, and market feedback to senior management.
Key Requirements :
* Experience in international sales / marketing, preferably in the infrastructure, water, or piping industry.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of project sales and tendering processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with DI, HDPE, GRP, PVC, and other industrial pipe systems. Ability to travel extensively and work across time zones.
