Job Description
1. Act as the key ADAMAS contact with the client and Consultants team for a project.
2. Ensure the project meets client satisfaction and that the team has all necessary information and tools.
3. Organize and host kickoff meetings to identify client needs.
4. Attend and host routine calls with clients to maintain communication and escalate issues as needed.
5. Perform administrative tasks such as updating project systems, maintaining trackers, preparing documentation, and assisting with travel arrangements.
6. Maintain oversight of project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
* Strong administration and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of GCP/clinical trials is an advantage.
