**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop project plans and timelines, and communicate progress regularly
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, data analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure project delivery
- Establish and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project delivery and ensure consistency across the team
- Drive the creation and development of the Project Management Office, setting up governance, processes, templates and tools that will support project management team’s success and delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring a strong level of trust and confidence in the project management function
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the project management team, building their skills and expertise
- Keep up to date with marketing technology trends and emerging project management methodologies, recommending improvements where appropriate
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 5-7 years of project management experience, in a marketing technology or marketing operations environment, with experience working in agency/consultancy setting
- Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystem, digital marketing services and marketing operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within budget and on time
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Experience working with project management and task management platforms such ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Slack etc.
- Experience in creating and implementing project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive and ambition to establish and grow a project management office and team
- Project Management Certification would be a plus
