brWe are looking for a visionary and experienced Head Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine for the opening of Casa METT Sitges. This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium/fine dining), while also overseeing all other FB outlets within the hotel.

brLead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new italian premium/fine dining restaurant, together with the entire gastronomic offer of the hotel for the other FB Outlets. 
brOversee the daily operations of all FB outlets in the hotel 
brManage kitchen staff, recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance. 
brEnsure consistent food quality, presentation, and innovation across all outlets. 
brControl kitchen costs through effective budgeting, inventory management, and supplier negotiation. 
brCollaborate closely with hotel management, FB, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

brPrevious Experience as Head Chef in a premium/ fine dining environment in hotels or standalone restaurants. 
brDeep knowledge and passion for Italian and mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting tradition. 
brHigh standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control. 
brFluent in Spanish and high intermedium level in English
