This team plays a strategic role in defining and deploying the **global operating model** for Supply Chain Planning across our manufacturing sites and distribution networks.As part of the CoE and Outcome obsessed with reaching Opella’s ambition about the Service to our Consumers and the Inventory optimization, you will contribute to designing and implementing best-in-class processes, tools, and capabilities for **DRP, MPS, RCCP, MRP, and Production Scheduling**. You will also support change management initiatives and help operational teams adopt and continuously improve these practices.**Main responisbilities*** **Support the definition and deployment of the Global Planning Operating Model**, including processes, governance, tools and KPIs.* **Contribute to the design and optimization of planning processes** (Demand Replenishment Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, Material Requirements Planning, and Production Scheduling).* **Contribute to Opella’s transformation projects impacting Supply Chain Planning**, ensuring alignment with the integral operating model.* **Participate in the implementation of planning tools and digital solutions**, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.* **Assist in change management activities**, including training, communication, and adoption support for operational teams.* **Support the operational teams in upskilling their planning capabilities** through strong partnership, proper community management, education and training* **Analyze planning performance and identify improvement opportunities** through data analysis and benchmarking. Ensures proper incidents resolution* **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and Business Units) to ensure successful deployment and sustainability of planning capabilities.* **Support operational teams in their Master Data management**, improving accuracy and consistency to enable reliable planning outputs.* **Investigate and propose innovative planning models and solutions** to enhance efficiency, digitalization, and decision-making capabilities. ***About you*****Education:** Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.**Skills and Experience:*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication skills including capabilities to influence the stakeholders* **Proven track record in Supply Chain Planning** (operational roles, projects/continuous improvement roles)* Hands on experience managing complex stream processes with experience of implementation.* Experience with planning tools (SAP, OMP, Kinaxis, etc.).* Background in Fast Moving Consumer Goods &/or Pharma is a plus.**Languages:** Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).**Mindset:** Team player, proactive, structured, and comfortable working in an international environment.At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
