The Role
As a Partnerships Manager at INFINIT, you will work to identify, establish, and manage relationships with key partners that will drive revenue growth, expand our market reach, and enhance customer value. The ideal candidate will have experience developing partnerships in a SaaS or technology-driven environment and will thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial culture.
What do we want to achieve together?
* Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships across Iberia : Develop and execute a partnership strategy to support business growth and product adoption.
* Manage the entire partnership lifecycle : From initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and relationship management.
* Collaborate cross-functionally : Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
* Drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives : Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing campaigns and sales opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts and terms : Ensure favorable agreements that maximize mutual value.
* Monitor and report on partnership performance : Track KPIs and optimize strategies to improve outcomes.
* Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape : Identify new opportunities for strategic alliances and growth.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
* 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within a SaaS or technology company.
* Proven track record of developing and scaling successful partnerships that drive revenue growth.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills : Ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills : Clear and persuasive in articulating value propositions.
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a dynamic startup environment.
* Experience with CRM tools and partnership management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerStack).
* Experience in the Automotive industry with a network to leverage would be an asset.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
