We are looking for a Business Analyst to join us in our Metrohm DropSens office at the Parque Tecnológico de Asturias, in order to collaborate with the Scrum Teams working on the development of our new OMNIS software platform for managing all Metrohm instruments.As a Business Analyst in the software department, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions throughout the implementation of our software.Thanks to your professional abilities, you will team-up with product owners, UX and stakeholders to prioritize the best possible added value for the customer in the form of features.You will be in direct contact with colleagues from development and sales and clarify questions regarding requirements for the Scrum Teams.You have a higher technical or economic education and several years of experience as a business analyst or requirement engineer, preferably in a scaled agile software development organization.You are able to easily analyse complex topics, to question at the appropriate level of detail, and to express yourself eloquently both verbally and in writing.You enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment and appreciate the exchange with specialists from chemistry, software and other departments.Background in chemical or engineering environments is an advantage – and experience in web application projects is a plus.We expect solid presentation, communication and moderation practices in both English and Spanish.The opportunity to play a crucial role in our software department.New premises geared towards agile teams and state-of-the-art equipment.Full-time permanent contract.Option to work from home up to 2 days a week.Flexible start and finish working schedule (Mon-Thu: 7-9.15/16-18.15; Excellent working atmosphere in our own modern office building, wich has arcade games, billiards and free coffee.Optional health insurance.Sing up for the offer of LinkedIn uploading your CV in English or sending it to us via Careers - Metrohm.
