We are looking for a highly qualified individual to be in charge of:Leading a growing organization of developers and software architectsDefining and implementing appropriate training measures for all levels of expertiseActively participating in the recruiting of new talent and subsequently onboarding new developersCoaching team managers on effective leadership skills, communication strategies and a dynamic feedback cultureTake an active role in customer facing projects, e.g. as Lead ArchitectCandidate ProfileThe adecuado candidate will have extensive international experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and multi-cultural environment. The candidate should have an agile and adaptive approach to managing an IT organization and at the same time be able to dedicate constant effort to the long-term development of staff as well as taking an active role in delivering client projects. The ability to work in a team and blend into a collaborative decision making organization is essential for a good fit.
