Retained & Exclusive Search:B-People is working with a new Advanced Manufacturing Division to find a strategic Key Account Manager. This role is offering the chance to join a well-established team and brand operating with a great level of autonomy, and will form part of their leadership pipeline.
Customers: Automotive OEMs & Tier suppliers (4 brands)
Team Management: This role does manage a small sales team and will be required to support and develop that team. The ideal candidate will have some team leadership experience already.
Innovation/Technical: More traditional automotive products but with a high level of innovation-based growth. If you don't have an Engineering background, you should be able to give examples of how you work with technical teams, understand designs etc.
Growth Mentality : Seeking someone high potential and with a natural mindset for new business growth. This role is not for new logo acquisition. You will be working with established customers, so it is imperitive that this person is able to strategically spot the opportunity for growth as well as execute. Languages: English & Spanish are required. German or French would be highly desirable.
