YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity to support and deliver our communications and engagement plan for Tech & Data Primos. Working closely with the Global Corporate Communications Team, you will lead and coordinate engagement activities, including town halls, fireside chats, and briefings. Additionally, you will co-create newsletters and manage our ONEB pages. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our teams' engagement.
About You
You are creative, motivated and have strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office & Video Editing, you can create engaging presentations and content for platforms like Viva Engage and SharePoint. You enjoy collaborating with Primos across Tech & Data and Bacardi. What matters most is creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to grow your comms and digital media skills. With openness and motivation, you can learn and excel in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Prepare a yearly calendar for Tech & Data Communications and engagement, in alignment with Global Comms
Plan and coordinate Tech & Data engagement activities, including town halls, fireside chats, and briefings
Collaborate with Primos across Tech & Data and Bacardi to ensure effective communication
Co-create newsletters and manage the Tech & Data ONEB pages
Lead the planning and recording of the Tech in 10 Podcast Series
Plan and Prepare the Tech in Focus and Fireside Chat sessions
Create engaging content for different platforms, including Viva Engage and SharePoint
Input to and support the delivery of the Tech2030 communications plan
Support projects in the Tech Portfolio with the development of their communication plans
Project Management of projects and initiatives supporting the Global Communications Team & Heritage Team
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels and audiences
Experience creating and managing content for newsletters, intranet, and employee engagement platforms
Ability to plan and coordinate engagement activities, events, and digital communications
Stakeholder collaboration skills within a global, matrixed organisation
Content planning and organisational skills, including communications calendars
Basic multimedia and podcast coordination skills
Experience supporting programme or portfolio communications in a Tech or transformation environment
Project coordination and delivery skills, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
