What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify occupational risks and help implement prevention strategies.
* Monitor the effectiveness of safety measures and propose improvements.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
* Investigate incidents and near misses, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
* Support ISO 45001 implementation across departments and assist managers in compliance.
* Prepare internal reports and safety documentation for audits and leadership reviews.
* Update and maintain emergency response plans.
* Organize and deliver training sessions and emergency drills to ensure team readiness.
* Monitor use of PPE and ensure that safety protocols are followed on-site.
* Participate in both internal and external audits.
* Carry out regular site visits across Europe to ensure health and safety compliance in the field.
What You Bring
* Technical degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety, Hygiene & Ergonomics).
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role—ideally within engineering or industrial environments.
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
* Availability to travel up to 40% of your time across Europe.
* Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
* Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; internal auditor certification is a plus.
