Since 2025, Onepark has expanded its activity with Flow, a SaaS Parking Management System (PMS) designed for hotels, institutional owners, and parking operators. As part of our expansion in Spain and France, we are looking for a Head of Technical Operations to lead and oversee all technical installations and operations across both countries.
You will be responsible for leading all technical operations related to parking installations, acting as a key bridge between Operations, Sales, Tech, and Product teams.
Managing installations across Spain and France
• Overseeing stock, materials, supplier negotiations, and hardware/SIM inventory
• Ensuring proper system configuration and performance
• Ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient installations
Access control systems
You will also oversee maintenance, incident management, and equipment performance (cameras, barriers, etc.).
Operational Leadership • Plan and coordinate installations, routes, and travel logistics
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical incidents
• Lead and support field installation teams
Logistics & Stock Management • Manage installation kits, hardware stock (cameras, Opac devices, accessories) and SIM card inventory across France and Spain
• Maintain accurate stock visibility and anticipate replenishment needs
• Ensure proper technical documentation of all installations
Drive continuous improvement of installation processes
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role (technical operations, installations, or infrastructure)
• Strong experience managing installations, stock, and technical incidents
• Fluent in Spanish and French (mandatory)
• Nice to Have • Experience in the parking industry, access control, or automation systems
• Knowledge of networking basics (IP, PoE)
• Familiarity with IoT hardware deployment and SIM/connectivity management
