Mission
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tax Manager to lead our global tax function. This role ensures compliance with local and international tax laws while driving strategic initiatives to optimize our tax position. The Tax Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
* Review and submit tax returns for all group subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
* Manage the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation in coordination with external advisors.
* Design and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full legal compliance.
* Analyze financial and operational data to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Monitor changes in tax legislation, assessing impacts and updating policies accordingly.
* Lead tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.
* Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support to senior management.
* Coordinate with internal departments, external advisors, and auditors on tax matters.
Requirements
* Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
* Experience : 3-5 years in a similar role.
* Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of tax laws, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, leadership abilities, knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing, and advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Skills
* Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Languages
* Native or high proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Travel requirement : 5% annually.
