Corporate Regulatory Affairs Intern

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate Regulatory Affairs Intern based in Barcelona
Your mission:
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory affairs within a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will support the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
Your major accountabilities:
1. Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documents to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Conduct research on regulatory requirements and guidelines to support the development of regulatory strategies.
3. Maintain and organize regulatory files and databases, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
4. Support the team in tracking and monitoring regulatory submissions and approvals.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Marketing, to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions.
7. Stay updated on changes in regulatory policies and communicate relevant updates to the team.
We would like you to have:
8. Currently pursuing a degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
9. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
13. Basic understanding of regulatory affairs and compliance is a plus.
