Role OverviewThe Partner Sales Rep – Ecommerce Account Manager – Omnichannel & B2B is responsible for driving growth and performance of assigned ecommerce accounts by managing digital relationships, executing commercial strategies, and optimizing online sales performance across digital channels. The role combines account management, data analysis, and digital execution to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Relationship Management
Own and manage day‐to‐day relationships with ecommerce partners and key stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for digital account performance and execution
Build trusted relationships with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance) and external partners
Ecommerce Growth & Performance
Drive online sales growth through pricing, promotions, assortment, and merchandising strategies
Monitor and manage key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, share, profitability)
Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans
Digital & Commercial Execution
Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Ensure accuracy and optimization of product content, availability, and pricing
Coordinate execution across onsite, paid media, and marketplace activities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze performance data and provide clear insights and recommendations
Prepare regular business reviews, dashboards, and performance reports
Support forecasting, planning, and tracking of commercial objectives
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, category, supply chain, and operations teams
Align ecommerce plans with broader commercial and brand strategies
Support continuous improvement of digital processes and ways of working
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Economics, or a related field
Master's Degree will be a plus
More than 5 year experience in ecommerce, digital sales, or online account management
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levels
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and others like Power BI as a plus
Advanced English fluency and native Spanish language fluency
Preferred / Nice To Have
Experience working with ecommerce platforms or online marketplaces
Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, onsite merchandising)
Familiarity with performance dashboards and analytics tools
Additional languages are a plus
