Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Business Development & Sales: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing Corporate Fleet accounts to expand market footprint and revenue. Develop, present, and negotiate tailored proposals and complex contracts that meet client needs and align with company strategy. Monitor sales performance against ambitious targets and report progress regularly to the Head of Sales.
* Key Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Group Fleet Managers, Procurement, Sustainability Managers) in major corporate accounts. Act as the primary and trusted point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed proactively and professionally.
* Internal Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and After-Sales teams to ensure a unified and effective approach to customer management and service delivery. Share market insights, findings, and strategic recommendations with leadership.
* Customer Excellence & Support: Provide high-level support to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and by facilitating seamless post-sales service with relevant internal teams.
* Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities and agreements strictly adhere to company policies, Spanish regulations, and the highest ethical business standards.

Adapting strategies to meet evolving market conditions, customer sustainability goals, and procurement processes. Qualifications & Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in automotive sales, with a proven track record in Fleet Sales and strategic Corporate Account management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automotive industry, fleet management principles, total cost of ownership (TCO), and the competitive landscape in Spain.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. Strong financial and business acumen.
Language: Fluent in Spanish is mandatory. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal reporting and communication.
