Responsibilities
Develop and implement new operational plans (or even design a new operation!).
Volume planning (even more unpredictable than the weather).
Work measurements a.k.a. how can we work better?
Quality and productivity audits a.k.a. how could you have done your work better?
Some reporting (just to show how good you did your job!).
And much, much more. We just need someone that improves our business and is not afraid of a challenge (or to challenge people!).

What do we expect from you?
Where do we start…? Education? You need to have a university degree, preferably in Engineering.
Fluent in Spanish.
Of course, a healthy dose of humor and social skills are required. You need to work with people to obtain the best results! Ah, and English! We are an international company.
We are not micromanaging at UPS, so you need to be pro-active and able to manage your own day, without us needing to chase you.
It goes without saying, but your computer/Excel skills are above and beyond.
Flexibility. We are everywhere in Iberia. You need to travel to see the work, to do your work.
A proactive attitude and flexibility are required.
Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
