As well as collaborating with different stakeholders to maintain technical quality, in line with the game’s standards.**What you´ll do**- Help establish/maintain the technical direction of our features & systems along with product owners and relevant stakeholders.- Manage and mentor team members in our Physics (Engine Core) & Character Customization (Engine 3D) teams.- Help solving risks and blockers along with production, as part of our leadership team.- Provide your expert input in areas that require a decision to be made regarding technology.- Maintain trusted relationship and fluid communication channels with both local teams and partners in other studios.- Create documentation which immediately helps onboard anyone who wants or needs to use a technology in your perimeter.Qualifications**What you´ll bring**- Team Management Experience.- Excellent communication in English.- Previous experience working in AAA games.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.- Have experience or willingness with self-learning new technologies.- Excellent knowledge in modern C++- Experience with 3rd party middleware (integration, support, etc)Additional InformationOur studio is located in one of the most popular urban area of Europe**:Barcelona**!
