The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies at both national and international levels across all foundation departments and services. This role is designed to significantly increase the impact and visibility of the various activities and projects developed by the Foundation. The position requires a strong background in multi-channel marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the academic, research, and innovation sectors. /ppKey responsibilities: /ppMarketing Strategy Planning: /ppo Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Foundation's mission and strategic objectives across all departments. /ppo Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Foundation's services, projects, and initiatives to diverse audiences including academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies. /ppo Design and manage go-to-market strategies for new services and projects, ensuring maximum reach and impact. /ppo Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and positioning in national and international markets. /ppo Establish and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials. /ppDigital Marketing Communications: /ppo Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including website management, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. /ppo Manage online presence and reputation across multiple platforms and channels. /ppo Create compelling content that effectively communicates the Foundation's value proposition to different target audiences. /ppo Implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation. /ppSales Support Lead Generation: /ppo Support business development activities by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospect relationships. /ppo Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, brochures, and digital assets. /ppo Collaborate with department heads to understand service offerings and translate them into compelling marketing messages. /ppo Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI. /ppInternational Outreach Partnerships: /ppo Represent the Foundation at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships. /ppo Develop localized marketing strategies for different international markets and cultural contexts. /ppo Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives. /ppQualifications: /ppEducation: /pp· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. /pp· Professional certifications in digital marketing, project management, or related areas will be considered advantageous. /pp· Valuable: /ppo Experience in marketing for research institutions, foundations, or technology transfer organizations. /ppo Knowledge of the academic and research ecosystem, including understanding of RD processes, innovation management, and technology commercialization. /ppo Familiarity with European and Spanish funding programs and the regional innovation landscape. /ppSkills: /ppo Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 equivalent), additional languages will be advantageous. /ppo Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, social media management tools). /ppo Proven ability to develop compelling presentations and marketing materials for diverse audiences. /ppo Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision making. /ppo Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and brand consistency. /ppo Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. /ppo Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. /ppo Travel availability and driving licence. /pp Experience: /ppo At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within non-profit organizations, research institutions, or knowledge-based organizations. /ppo Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have demonstrably increased brand awareness and lead generation. /ppo Experience in B2B marketing and sales support, with understanding of complex sales cycles. /ppo Demonstrated ability to work in international environments and manage multi-cultural marketing initiatives. /ppo Experience with budget management and vendor relationships. /ppo Strong portfolio of marketing materials and campaigns that showcase creativity and strategic thinking. /ppWhat we offer: /ppo Full-time position.
