PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Full-time

Your Tasks
* Establish work instructions and planning documents for electrical pre-assembly in collaboration with the headquarters.
* Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
* Plan and control production, including missing material coordination and order release/technical completion.
* Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of electrical pre-assembly operations.
* Initiate and implement construction or process changes.
* Moderate problem solving between engineering, quality department, and shopfloor team.
* Support engineering regarding productivity of aerostructures and optimization efforts.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; a master's degree is desirable.
* Good knowledge of SAP, Siemens Teamcenter, CAD, and MS Office.
* Practical Lean Manufacturing experience and mindset.
* Application should be submitted in English.
* Language skills: C1 in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
* Willingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory.
* Structured working and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
