We are looking for a
Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer
to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and large-scale industrial projects. This is your chance to work in a truly international environment, fully integrated with our UK HQ, while enjoying benefits that set a new standard for the Spanish market.
You will be the electrical lead of our projects in Spain as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs.
Lead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, H&S and Risk management and project delivery.
Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals.
Identify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility.
Ensure full compliance with Spanish regulations.
Produce official submissions for Spanish professional bodies (Colegio de Ingenieros) and local authorities.
Manage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management.
Mentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations.
Bachelor's degree in electrical,
Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
Must-Have:
Deep knowledge of Spanish regulations (REBT/CTE...).
Minimum of 6 years
of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or mission critical Projects in Spain.
Experience producing and delivering official submissions to "Colegio de Ingenieros" and local authorities.
Solid experience on Large-Scale Industrial/Infrastructure projects. Experience in Data Centre Projects will be highly valued.

Full professional fluency in spoken and written

Project management:
Proven experience in electrical project management, with the ability to provide autonomous leadership and coordinate small teams of engineers
Revit & Navisworks:
Competent in the use of Revit and Navisworks
