Ph3Senior Product Marketing Manager, Iberia – Active /h3 pLocation: Hybrid, 3 days per week from our Barcelona or Madrid office. /p h3What I’ll Be Doing /h3 pIn this role, you’ll lead product marketing activity across Iberia, from launch and adoption to long-term engagement. You will: /p ul liOwn and lead all aspects of product activation, including market launches, customer engagement, and adoption. /li liDevelop and champion localized messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to accountant personas. /li liDefine and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, driving product-led growth and retention. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, Partner, and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and enablement. /li liConduct competitive analysis and shape response strategies for key players such as Holded, Wolters Kluwer, Cegid, and others. /li liLead market research and customer discovery in Spanish and Portuguese to surface insights and inform strategy. /li liShape commercial models, pricing, and packaging to ensure local relevance and differentiation. /li liContribute to vertical strategies for segments such as embedded services and digital transformation. /li liRepresent the voice of the Spanish and Portuguese accountant, influencing global strategy and product roadmaps. /li liBuild visibility and trust within the local accountant community, acting as a recognized advocate for Sage. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pWe’re seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments. You’ll be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (plus English) and bring a deep understanding of the accounting profession in Iberia. You’ll have proven senior experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or Commercial Strategy within B2B SaaS, fintech, or accounting software. You’re commercially minded, data-driven, and able to connect insight to action — designing pricing models, propositions, and campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll be a confident communicator and storyteller, capable of influencing at senior levels and bringing teams together under a clear vision.
