About the role As a Commercial Integration Engineer you will develop moderately complex commercial offers for the Westinghouse Parts Business EMEA Region. You will work with the Product Management team to help develop parts offerings; the sales team developing the offers and prioritizing them; and the fulfillment team working with main resources. Additionally, you will work with the EMEA BU, GOS, account teams, supply chain, legal and marketing to position commercial offerings. You will also supplement the Non‐OEM parts business Sales Engineer role to support growth projects in the non‐OEM market. This is a full‐time, hybrid position located at the offices in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. You will report to the offer development manager.
Main Responsibilities
Develop moderately challenging offers for the Westinghouse Parts Business EMEA Region.
Develop and align cost strategies with supply chain and WPB Fulfillment organizations.
Develop and agree on price strategies with WPB Sales and Product Management organizations and incorporate feedback into future offers to increase our win rate.
Prioritize and communicate the schedule of offers to be issued.
Support process improvement projects to reduce the quote turnaround time, evaluate standard pricing levels, and other main projects.
Develop knowledge to analyze offers to make informed pricing recommendations for core and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
4+ years of experience in engineering, business, or operations with progression and complexity and levels.
Experience with financials in general (relationship of sales, margin, and OE) and how to develop commercial offers to positively affect margin/EBITDA.
Experience with the inter‐workings of the organization (procedures) and how to navigate and ensure completion of the actions.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
