Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the four technical departments:
Automation & Robotics
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Design
Electronics & Software
Drive the definition of objectives, priorities, and work standards aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
Ensure the successful execution of projects in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Guarantee that designs, products, and systems meet all technical and regulatory standards.
Review and validate technical solutions, providing support to teams when required.
Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies.
Collaborate closely with the commercial, production, and commissioning areas.
Ensure compliance with all applicable norms, standards, and regulations.
Required Profile
Higher technical education (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or similar).
Proven experience leading engineering teams in complex industrial environments.
Advanced knowledge in automation, robotics, mechanical design, electrical engineering and/or industrial software.
Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic mindset, results orientation, and solid decision‑making skills.
High level of English.
