Requirements
Over 10 years' experience as a NOC technician with knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RANExperience with Nokia and Ericsson radio equipment for the aforementioned technologiesExperience with Tier 1 operators in SpainExtensive experience in N1 Technical Support, with extensive experience in RAN network management.Solid knowledge of support processes in the field of Mobile RAN Access.Knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc.Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and propose solutions.
Responsibilities
Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.Proposing corrective actions for recurring issues.Management of the NOC team and ability to analyse quality
Tools
Systems for receiving activity and tasks, incident management and BTPs: iGRI Network Element Management Systems: those specific to the relevant RAN manufacturers.Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.Case escalation: iGRI, CEX.MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
