Job Description:
Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities include:
* Optimizing service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
* Managing project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
* Working with service owners, product owners, and the delivery team to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met as a business analyst.
* Managing operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
* Supporting daily operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
* Supporting onboarding and training for Production Partners.
Experience required:
* Project Management and Business Analyst experience in the IT sector.
* Experience with service operations, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
* Experience with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
* Experience working in SCRUM environments.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
