We are looking for an SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant to join the EY GDS Team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Quality & Manufacturing Management across various regions for our global clients. At least 5 years of implementation experience.Responsible for providing support SAP PP/QM module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Support incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions.Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.Cross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model.Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements.Ideal Qualifications Sound experience in configuring BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, MRP, Production/Process Orders, and Batch Management.Good knowledge in Setting up inspection plans, inspection lots, sampling schemes, quality certificates, and defect recording/nonconformance management.An understanding on establishing pieces of equipment and functional location structure, maintenance BOMs.Experience in integration of materials management, quality management and production planning modules.SAP Certification in SAP PP/QM.Responsibilities Join Implementation, Continuous Improvement & Migration projects on SAP ECC/S4HANA.Support Solutions Architecture & Estimates.Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP PP/QM solutions and designs.Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts.Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.Defect resolution and defect analysis related to PP/QM.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation.What we offer In EY GDS Spain, you will collaborate with our teams on exciting projects and work with well-known brands from across the globe.
