** Job Description**:
**Purpose**:In this role, you will lead a team of passionate product managers and own the development and execution of endomech and energy marketing strategies, while achieving market share and profitability growth. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will be responsible with your team for defining strategies based on market insights, highlighting opportunities, and activating them within the portfolio and the sales team. You will need to build positive relationships with key stakeholders and have a strong focus on coaching talent within your team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages a team of three product managers and one marketing intern and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
- Market Analytics: Gain a deep understanding of market evolution, healthcare environment, new technologies, customer behaviors and needs, and financial metrics in relation to Endomech & Energy platform to inform fact-based decision making.
- Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies: Implement the J&J; Surgery marketing strategy based on market dynamics and the voice of the customer. Uses a consistent framework to build business objective, marketing objective, source of volume, value proposition, and metrics into differentiated strategies and ensures execution.
- Build forecasting models: Create sales and market share forecasting models based on sound research.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other functions: Ensure tactical plans are aligned with strategic plans. Actively support the sales team with tools, on field support and marketing activities.
- Launch Excellence: Understands and ensures launch readiness and uses post-launch measurements to effectively deliver launch plans. Uses best practices to prioritize activities and execute launch lifecycle plans, including tracking progress and milestones. Ensure strong internal collaboration during all stages of the launch process.
- Develops a differentiated and effective value proposition and utilizes innovative messaging tactics to create marketing messages that convey the value proposition and resonate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish relationships with key opinion leaders: knows and leverages the firsthand, in-person channels to identify and deepen the understanding of stakeholders’ needs and perspectives and utilizes structured approach and tools to distill interactions and data into meaningful insights. Leverages knowledge of the clinical and non-clinical decision-making and buying process to influence and gain the support of internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required
- An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification to enhance leadership and business management skills is preferred.
- Fluent English. Advanced English is preferred
- Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required.
- Analytical thinking, results oriented, teamwork and collaboration, integrity. Prior experience in sales roles with knowledge in the sales process, customer relationship management and performance metrics is required
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role managing individual salespeople, or teams is preferred
- Prior experience in the MedTech industry understanding the market and customer needs is preferred
