Your role :
* Set up and maintain batch jobs based on requests from SAP application teams and business in test and production systems.
* Monitor procedures and manage alerts effectively.
* Support SAP Software Logistics with deployment tasks.
* Handle internal and external audit requests.
* Proactively address job failures and resolve issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary.
* Monitor job processing and take measures to ensure SLAs are met.
* Manage data exchange operations between SAP and connected subsystems.
* Collaborate closely with teams such as SAP, Goldmine, ECOM, and outsourcing partners to optimize batch scheduling and performance.
* Maintain SAP factory calendars.
* Optimize job performance to utilize resources efficiently.
* Possess basic SAP Basis knowledge; understanding of SAP archiving is a plus.
* Work with ITSM tools and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
* Show capacity for management, teamwork, and collaboration across projects.
Specific requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge and experience with Redwood.
* Over 7 years of experience with SAP software.
* Full professional proficiency in English.
