We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist professional for our engineering department located in Coslada.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support
* Prepare export documentation (import-export knowledge)
* Place purchase orders to factories and subcontractors according to the needs of other areas within the department and follow them up until final delivery
* Receive, organize, and prepare materials in the warehouse
* Prepare and issue orders in SAP
* Invoicing
Requirements
* Forklift and bridge crane license
* Experience: at least 2 years in a similar position
* Experience in customer service and client interaction
* Strong teamwork skills
* Experience handling incidents and issues
* Knowledge of SAP B1
* Knowledge of import/export processes (DUAs, Incoterms, etc.)
