Lead and manage the day to day activities of the CCD teamDiagnose the root causes of category and players performanceIdentify top KPIs and define concrete targetsReview, improve and implement the mid‐and long‐term category and customer strategyDevelop the strategy and annual plan for each category with regard to recommended pricing, promotion (Net Revenue Management), distribution (Must Have Assortment) and trade marketing activationDevelop and drive together with marketing the product initiatives strengthening the core and driving on‐top innovationManage and track CCD budgets and ensure effective useWork closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
