Senior Business Development Manager
European Tech Recruit are working closely with an exciting quantum software & AI company, based in San Sebastian, who are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities as Senior Business Development Manager:
* Performs product sales activities for new/renewal business to achieve or exceed given product and service revenue objectives.
* Partners with field and enterprise sales within the company and Channel partners, to collaboratively develop and proactively execute strategies that drive product and service revenue as part of an overall account strategy.
* Effectively contributes to all stages of the sales process.
* Facilitates communication with the sales and technical team for updates on product capabilities, success stories and winning strategies.
* Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
* Participates in industry shows and conventions.
* Creates and leads advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products & services. Identifies the company's advantages and positions its products and services as superior to competitive offerings.
* Coordinates and organises technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training etc.
* Works with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.
* Provides client feedback to product development and marketing staff.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of Sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory
* Education: M.Sc./degree in sciences or engineering
* 10+ years for Business development representative, years of sales or consulting experience in selling engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success
* Achieve or exceed required sales quota.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM etc.)
* Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.
* Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.
* Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
* Travel: up to 50%
