Enrollment Assistant – South Asia
professional who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience.
This role is a freelance position.
Your Key Functions:-Daily Enrollment Journey Support-Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings-Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey
Application & Admission Guidance:-Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues-Support pre- & post-admission requirements-Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process
Requirements:-Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations-Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center-Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening-Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices- English C1
