Responsibilities
* Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand market reach in line with the Iberia Sales Strategy.
* Offer Management: Oversee the entire offer process, from scope definition to technical detailing and solution pricing.
* Sales Coordination: Lead and coordinate sales activities with end customers and partners.
* Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Sales in defining effective sales strategies for Spain’s New & Used Machine markets.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Order Negotiation: Ensure all sales orders meet defined gross margin targets.
Qualifications
* University Degree in Engineering (preferably Agricultural Engineering)
* Proven experience in the olive oil sector
* Knowledge of modern sales processes, organization methods, and tools (ordering, pricing, CRM)
* Demonstrated ability in negotiation and contracting with customers
* Understanding of corporate finance
* Deep understanding of business with a strong focus on customer needs and expectations
* Residence in Ubeda or nearby areas is essential
