Responsabilidades principales
* Gestionar y ejecutar proyectos de análisis de datos y reporting end-to-end.
* Administrar y optimizar el CRM corporativo, especialmente SAGE Sales Management.
* Diseñar, construir y mantener modelos analíticos, dashboards y reports en Power BI.
* Extraer, transformar y analizar datos mediante SQL.
* Garantizar la calidad, integridad y gobernanza de las bases de datos.
* Recoger, estructurar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
* Traducir necesidades del negocio en especificaciones claras para equipos externos.
* Realizar seguimiento, coordinación y control de plazos, hitos y entregables.
* Validar los desarrollos propuestos y asegurar su correcta implementación.
* Ser el punto de enlace entre negocio, Data y proveedores tecnológicos.
Requisitos técnicos
* Experiencia demostrable en gestión de proyectos, especialmente en entornos de datos o CRM.
* Experiencia en plataformas CRM, imprescindible SAGE Sales Management.
* Conocimientos sólidos en modelado y gestión de bases de datos.
* Dominio de SQL (consultas avanzadas).
* Experiencia en creación de informes y visualizaciones en Power BI.
* Experiencia coordinando equipos externos o proveedores tecnológicos (muy valorado).
