As Project Manager, your main goal will be to lead and coordinate industrial machinery projects from start to finish.
Your mission:
* Manage the full project lifecycle: client communication, supplier coordination and internal alignment.
* Oversee equipment configuration at our Calaf facilities.
* Coordinate assembly, installation, and commissioning of machinery and industrial plants.
* Validate equipment performance through workshop testing before shipment.
* Train clients on equipment usage and deliver technical documentation.
* Support product and plant design teams with your technical expertise.
* Ensure smooth handover to the after-sales team for ongoing support.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* 3+ years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in machinery or waste management.
* Knowledge of artificial vision systems, pneumatics, automation, and mechanical systems is a plus.
* Experience with task management tools (e.g., Trello).
* Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Fluent in English; other languages (Portuguese, Italian, French) are a bonus.
