About The Role
As an Event Manager for EMEA, you will own the strategy, evaluation, and execution of enterprise-focused events that accelerate pipeline, drive brand awareness, and deepen engagement with key enterprise audiences.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement field marketing and event strategies across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on key European markets
* Identify, plan, and execute high-impact events such as industry conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners that generate pipeline and elevate brand presence in the region
* Establish scalable event playbooks and processes to support regional growth from the ground up
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to on-site logistics
* Create event-specific marketing content and communications that reflect our brand and drive registrations
* Oversee budgets and timelines across a portfolio of events, ensuring consistent execution within scope
* Analyze event performance and gather stakeholder input to refine and improve future programs
* Be present on the ground at events throughout EMEA to ensure seamless delivery and a best‑in‑class experience
Must-Have
* 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination—ideally in B2B or tech
* Strong project management skills; you can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Exceptional budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience managing substantial field marketing budgets
* Ability to leverage AI tools to automate processes, streamline workflows, and scale event operations
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
* Founder mindset: highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
* Willingness to travel across EMEA
